Breakfast is included for all guests. We serve homemade granola, natural organic greek yogurt, sourdough from the amazing Hugo’s bakery, and a selection of Harry’s Nut Butters. Locally-roasted specialty fair trade coffee from Anam and a selection of herbal teas is also included.

As a non-profit social enterprise, we hope you will appreciate that we need to have a reasonable but strict change and cancellation policies to ensure our sustainability. Whilst we understand that life can be full of surprises, changes and cancellations create pressure for our small team in terms of administration, and filling bookings to avoid a loss at short notice. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, the following refund rates apply to all cancellations:
28 days prior: Refund of 75%.
14 days prior: Refund of 50%
Up to 14 days prior: No refund.

To change or cancel your booking, please contact info@ourcommonknowledge.org. All refunds will be made within 5 working days. -
Children are welcome at The Common Knowledge Centre. Please ensure they are numbered on your booking so that we know they will be on site and can help to allocate the most suitable room. All children must be supervised by an adult in your party at all times. Any areas unsuitable for children will be clearly marked.

We have ample parking on site which is free and does not need to be reserved in advance. Please use the main entrance, and look for out the ‘Overnight Guest’ parking sign.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate visiting animals on-site and ask for their welfare that you do not leave your animals in your car.
